SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
Return Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@shoproyalfabrication.com and send your item to: 182 Hwy 78 Unit 3 PO Box 632 Red Lodge Montana US 59068.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 182 Hwy 78 Unit 3 PO Box 632 Red Lodge Montana US 59068
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Limited Lifetime Warranty For Royal Fabrication Bumpers

THIS WARRANTY IS SOLELY FOR BUMPERS FULLY MANUFACTURED AT ROYAL FABRICATION (NOT KIT BUMPERS)

If the bumper, when used properly, is shown to be defective due to material or workmanship within the limits of our limited lifetime warranty, we will do everything in our power to make sure you get a safe and clean bumper for your vehicle.

Every Royal Fabrication bumper is constructed individually, one at a time. As such, some degree of individualization of the finished product is an inherent part of that product. Defects that do not prevent reasonable continued use of the bumper are not considered to be defects. For example, surfaces may not be perfectly even, and corners may not be perfectly shaped or symmetrical. These are not considered to be defects.

This Warranty is limited to major defects that result from poor construction or workmanship or defective materials. Examples of defects include, splits in welds, bumper not fitting the frame rails or body lines of truck (If truck has not been totaled, or in an accident that hindered the stock body measurements.)

This Warranty DOES NOT APPLY when, upon inspection, the bumper is found to be misused by the consumer. Improper condition such as when the product failure is due to a cause other than defective workmanship or materials. The following are examples of what is not covered under this Warranty: (a) normal wear and tear; (b) purposely damaging the integrity of the bumper such as, purposely speeding up to hit crossing animal; misuse of front or rear bumper such as pulling items improperly, adding features to the bumper that were not sold through Royal Fabrication (c) Body or frame damage that hinders the bumper from fitting properly.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE THAT YOU PAID FOR YOUR BUMPER. ADDITIONALLY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER STATE LAW, LABOR COSTS, INCLUDING REPAIR COSTS, AND OTHER INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. UNLESS YOU ARE A CONSUMER WHO PURCHASED THE BUMPER FOR PERSONAL, FAMILY, OR BUSINESS PURPOSES, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES BEYOND THIS WARRANTY EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED. IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER WHO PURCHASED YOUR BUMPER FOR PERSONAL, FAMILY, OR BUSINESS PURPOSES, THE AFORESAID IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY
